Search Site Registration…

In addition to good SEO practices, we also register you domain name with the major search sites. AIM Web Designs can also create a sitemap XML file for even better results in the search listings. This will show as a group of names of your site sections, with direct links, making it easy to find just what they were looking for in the first place!

Flash Site SEO...

If your website is a full-browser flash site we can work with that too! Using our Flash player detection, we provide your site with alternate content, allowing search bots to find the text in your flash site, as well as making your flash site visible to non-flash capable browsers, such as the iPhone. We can even make linking using Site Maps link to the correct place in your Flash site.

“Black hat” SEO attempts to improve rankings in ways that are disapproved of by the search engines, or involve deception. One black hat technique uses text that is hidden, either as text colored similar to the background, in an invisible div(html tag), or positioned off screen. Another method gives a different page depending on whether the page is being requested by a human visitor or a search engine, a technique known as cloaking. Although these techniques will work right away, they will soon be discovered and black-listed from search results.
